Greetings,
Tried finding some help in old threads first, but I did not find what I am after.........hopefully someone out there will have the answer.
The parts pig I bought does not have any intact wiring, so I learned about the fun of getting the tailgate glass down, sans motor. Luckily there were some great threads on that topic.
At this point though, my tailgate is stuck. The handle did not do the trick, so detached the handle linkage and tried pulling the linkage on each side. Still no go. Tried messing with the latch mechanism from inside the tailgate, with a flathead, but to no avail
Am I missing a lock somewhere? Are my latches just stuck? Hesitant to kick the thing open, and the very nice glass is still in there (@bobm).
If latches are stuck, any ideas on how to unstickify them?
TIA
