Stuck in 4H (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone. I just bought a 72 FJ40 with a GM 350 mated to a Turbo 350 Automatic and stock TC with a twin stick set up. It seems to be stuck in 4H. I can move the left stick between H / N / L but I cannot move the right stick to disengage 4WD. It has manual Warn locking hubs and both are in the Free position. Any ideas?

Are you in gear slowly moving while shifting, usually does the trick.

As @whitey45 suggest, try that. Sometimes I try to ‘pop’ the clutch while at the same time trying to move the stick.

I've tried that and she seems to be really stuck. No play at all.

I got it disengaged, thank you all. I simply tapped on the solenoid and it freed up. I still have a wicked vibration in the twin stick when under power.....not a grinding just a significant rattle
