New owner to a 2000 landcruiser, my third row seating is stuck in the down position. No matter how much I try to fold them up nothing will get the center latch to unlatch.

On a side note, anyone know of any reputable 4x4 shops that would install a OME lift. I'm in Boise, ID and wouldn't mind having to drive a little to get to a real pro shop.

Likely cable is off handle. I don't recall how I reset cable, but was easy.

Thanks I didn’t have that much time to mess with it and everything that I could see nothing looked broken so I stopped before I start breaking things. I figured there must be something I’m missing. But I’ll look for the cable and go from there.

Did you ever get yours unstuck? I can't see anything else to pull to release. The unlock lever won't go to the full unlock position. I think it's jammed.

I have one that gets stuck. I have have to grab the little ball at the end of the cable and yank it with pliers. I'm not sure why the cable would have extra slack, I haven't bothered to take it apart (I rarely use the 3rd row seats), but if you can try that it might be helpful.

Thanks, I found that little ball at the end of the cable. I used my fingers, pliers would have been better!
