Stripped new trucks

Today I was going to get my new truck from the Toyota dealer and while waiting to sign the paper I saw a truck carrying brand new stripped trucks like below pictures.
I was wondering , what happen to those trucks?​

The SWB with the 4500 decal is an old one because it designates the 1FZ-FE engine which is no longer manufactured by Toyota. Last year of the 1FZ-FE in any nation was 2008 in Venezuela.

By the way, I saw your truck coming off the line at Yoshiwara in Japan.

I wonder if the latest front and panels would bolt up to a pre 05 cab . I know the chassis mount are dif but wondering about the acytual panels to cab

For your correction last year of the 1FZ-FE in any nation was 2009 .
Mine is V6 similiar to below pic

Why don't you just buy one that is already in North America and that is a lot closer to you?

I'd like one of those complete front clips for my 75...Can anyone double confirm the front clips are interchangeable with 90's model 75 series? I've asked Grease and he took some measurements and they appear to be interchangeable...

it won't be a driect bolt on. the 75 series cabs are shorter and the early 79/75 series have narrower frames at the front engine compartments. can it be done?
anything can be done with time and money.
