My neighbor saw a pair of latinos speeding away with my bike in the back of their truck. He woke me up and we called the police. They probably got a nervous and ditched the bike ASAP.
It was probably a random event. Just a couple dudes going around looking for something to steal. But they did come equipped with a bike ramp.
I was told the holiday season is a high crime time. So keep your junk secure.
This isn't a high crime area, but I'll take more precautions now.
