You have to reconnect the DVD player while it’s in its chosen mode on the receiver.
I was messing with my Grom unit a few weeks ago under the glove box in my '13 LC, and I've subsequently had no sound. I bet I loosened a cable. The DVD screen on the ceiling doesn't work and I don't get any volume numbers on the screen.

Can you explain what you mean by I have to "reconnect the DVD player while it’s in its chosen mode on the receiver"? Thanks!

Was this figured out? Same issue, was under the glove box and no sound/rear tvs don't work.
