Steering wheel ID

The stock 17in wheel in my 45 is killing me with my long legs so looking to go smaller, but want to keep it Landcruiser and the more classic looking the better. Can anyone ID this steering wheel? I never trust these eBay descriptions to be 100% accurate. Bonus points if you can tell me the diameter. Part number is supposedly 45100-60120-03

The center horn push part (the the little horn icon) looks like my 1988 BJ74's.
The spokes are different I think.

Looks like the stock steering wheel in my 1992 FZJ75. Unfortunately I’m overseas on a business trip so I can’t get a measurement for you.

I can't say what it is. But I can say it's NOT from a HZJ75, HJ75, HJ45, or FJ45.

Does your 45 have power steering? A smaller diameter steering wheel might be difficult if you don't.
