I am sure some of you got this but I am positing for some of the newer members.

Dear Stay The Trail Ambassador,

The Responsible Recreation Foundation and the Stay The Trail program would again like to express a huge thank you for your support and willingness to volunteer your time to support the sustainability and long term health of the motorized trail systems in Colorado.

As you are well aware, the Ambassador program was retired due to a lack of funding, however, we are adjusting the Stay The Trail educational program to include on-the-ground stewardship volunteer work projects for the remainder of the 2014 season and continuing it in 2015.

We would like to reach out to you and see if you would again like to be involved with volunteer trail projects in cooperation with Stay The Trail. If you would like to receive information on upcoming work projects and want to get involved, and help us keep Colorado's trails open for OHV use, please send your contact information along with the area of the State you live and what OHV type of trail systems you would like to be involved in to: sam@staythetrail.org or Sam a call at 720-684-9960

Thank you,

Yeah, received this email too. Had an email conversation with Sam a while back. Seems like a good guy. I'd love to get out and help where/when I can.

I'll send him and email and see what comes of it.

Yup. Got it as well. Happy to see that they are going to be doing some events organized through them. Great for those folks that want to or were helping out, but don't belong to a club that sponsors a trail.

Never worked with this guy, but I did a couple trails with Matt Glass.

If you guys haven't signed up for the emails yet, here's where they're going to be over the next few months:

September 13 - Bill Moore Lake Volunteer Day
(Empire, CO)
September 14 - RRMMC Fall Poker Run (Sedalia, CO)
September 23 - ATV Fall Colors Tour (Buena Vista, CO)
September 27 - Slaughterhouse Gulch Volunteer Day (Bailey, CO)
October 4 - Badger Flats Volunteer Day (Pikes Peak Ranger District, CO)
October 4 - Upper Bench Volunteer Day (Uncompaghre Mesa, CO)
October 9 - Gunnison CPW Office Rifle 1 (Gunnison, CO)
October 16 - Meeker CPW Office Rifle 2 (Meeker, CO)
November 14 - Rabbit Valley Volunteer Day (Fruita, CO)

Not sure how this month's going to go, but I'm complementing heading up to Slaughter house to do some volunteering (and to get some revenge!!!).
