The master cylinder is under brake fuild tank. Have not seen any parts view of valves.
Always getting air out of that one is something different. Are you maintaining brake fuild level in tank above minimum mark when you bleed? Also are you bleeding with key in full on position?
Sounds like a slow leak that lets air into the line or caliper causing the poor performance.
Piston seals in the caliper ?
my fluid level doest go down consistent on full level. thats why im confused where is the air comming from it only occur on one specific tireIt's possible the leak doesn't let fluid out but does draw air in when the pressure is released. Are you saying that you get air bubbles from the caliper when you bleed it ?
Have you torn down and inspected that caliper for stuck pins/obstructed guides ect ...
So, what was the culprit?
How difficult was the install of the MC piston kit?
It would be nice if someone could do a MC piston kit write-up.
Remove master cylinder, remove C clip, remove old piston, insert new piston, replace C clip, replace master cylinder, bleed brakes, drive away. For more info refer to FSM(carefully remove and don't score the bore)How difficult was the install of the MC piston kit?

i change master cylinder piston kit it has an internal leak
changing the MC is really easy removing the MC assembly is kinda hard because of the lines thats it.

How's that?
Yep I'd like clarification if he only did the piston, he sort of said that but then mentioned changing the MC is easy.........

Sounds pretty straight forward and looks pretty easy in the FSM. I would definitely try this before replacing the whole unit at $1500.
