Since the Labor Day outing was a bust with Isaac I'll do a Jambalaya with the leftover pork steaks we had from the Club BBQ and serve it up for dinner Thursday night at SCC. So Thursday we'll have Jambalaya, Friday we're doing the gumbo and Saturday is the event meal so your dinners will be covered We'll be traveling Wednesday and hopefully get to check out McClard's Bar-B-Q that evening http://www.mcclards.com/
