Not the preferred style around here...but I like it. That's a great looking truck!

A little too big for me, but nice design and actually flows nicely with the LX570 redesign. Running on 20" myself on my LC16 since don't offroad, but kept 18 for summer vacations when going to the beach.

:hillbilly:

Seriously though... If you aren't off-roading anyway...and it makes you happy...why not? :)

If you're driving on pavement only and the ride is still comfortable, who cares! It looks good actually because the wheels are proportional to the large body. I had a Macan in the past and people regularly put 21s and 22s on that vehicle which is tiny compared to the 200 especially the visual impact of the 2016+ LX.

I'll bet you dollars to donuts you're running the wrong tire pressure ;)

Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure for those P305/35R24 112S XL Terra Grapplers is 39psi F/R.

I think it looks great. I bet it handles even better. The rims match the spindle grill's lines.

Personally, I prefer lots of rubber for cushioning, one thing that annoyed me on the LX570 was the bumpy ride even in comfort mode, esp in the MY16+.

Seriously you have to post this???????

Now I want it on my LC'17... my LC is currently show room conditions. No offroad yet, pavement only :-(

I didn't want to like it... but I do. Actually makes the LX front end look good, and that's not easy to do :cautious:

Now you can fit some very large brakes... the giant Brembo SUV caliper even comes in a nice impossible to keep clean white that would really look nice in there.

I am currently at 39psi all around. Figured we would try a few different setting but this seems good so far. The wheels are a forged one piece from Rotiform. The owner is a friend of a friend. He made them specific for me for the 200. Was really on the fence about them but I am pretty happy with the "look".

The interesting thing is (I understand nobody here knows me personally) this is totally the opposite of how I usually approach automobiles. I have an extensive history in Rally racing and always allow form to follow function. Clearly this is everything but that.

I plan to keep the methods and put some BFGs on them. My wife would like to do a couple overland type trips and this is clearly a good platform for it.

My next thought was a very functional and very visible 1/4" aluminum skid plate, kind of in the spirit of how the fake skid plate looks on the Porsche Cayenne.

I feel the "bumpy ride" is mostly in the suspension setting on the 200. Going from a 20" Snow Tire to a 24" nitto terra grappler, you would expect a night and day difference but it's not the case.

I find the handling of the LX570 (regardless of wheel set up) to border on scary. I told my wife that I would not bother trying to avoid any accidents out of fear the truck would roll. I instructed her to just throttle up, head for the biggest hole you can find and hope for the best...

Great! Go ahead and eat your donut ... I owe you a dollar ;)

Those wheels look great, look like a massive pain to clean but I like them. Now adjust the rear AHC sensors to level the back down. I assume you're in low in this pic?
