That is my old address, I tried updating my address on my profile. Does that solve the issue?

Unfortunately no. Re-checked the PP website (not something I usually do during the business day) Address on that tra has not changed. And PP is a stickler about their rules.
I can refund and you can resend. But I will still be out the $4. So you can resend $120 friends and family (then the address doesn’t matter) or $124 as another standard payment.
