I pulled this from a 1968 FJ55 that I parted out 30 years ago. Bottle would be the same for a 40 of that vintage; bracket is FJ55. Not tested. $100 plus the ride

For those from the future searching: I have modeled and printed up the replacement cap since they are always cracked. So should be able to quickly get a replacement for that in the future. I will also be modeling up the fill cover as that is often missing from the early bottles.
