I just did this and I used the part #38881 and it was a bit longer than I thought it was. It is actually the same line that goes from the frame to the axle. I'd use the shorter one.
Most likely Napa will have to special order these. When I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, there was 1 of them that they showed in the country. If they have to order them from the mfg, then it will be like 2 weeks. You can use the same hose off of a mini truck or a 60/62. If you have access to any parts trucks you can just pull them off.

I just installed my 4runner calipers yesturday and the brakes are way squishy. I bought a new m/c for a 4Runner (which a buddy around here used on his 40 when he went with the 4runner calipers and he says it works great), but I didn't have a chance to pick up a reservoir for it yet so I couldn't change it out yet. Hopefully tomorrow.
