John, did you haul the guy out in the back of yr rig?

Yeah. Luckily I still had the platform in there. I had him plus 4 or 5 guys in there all supporting and tourniqueting (Mark) him. He was in an area that an ambulance could not get to! I think the video I posted shows the inside of the 4runner all bloody!! There is a lot more blood in the front of the platform and on Joes welder case (sorry Joe)....

The welder case is at the bottom of the list when it comes to importance. I've been watching other boards trying to find info, haven't turned anything up yet.

I'm not even sure what those kinds of buggies are called (2wd dune buggy, rail buggy???). I bet if the office will give me the full name I can search the name.

Rail buggy, and woods buggy seem to be what they are referred to down there

They were from the Cincinnati area I do remember that much, bunch of them had on yellow t-shirts with something motorsports on them. I think the first name started with a M. Sad part is they were all loaded up on their trailers ready to go home in the morning and this guy talked them into going out for one more run.

That hill is so steep, I had to crawl up it on all 4's.
Johns rig is now referred to as the bambalance.
He doesn't have to give ambulance wave on the road though. He calls those non-off road ambulances "streeties ". John isn't the kinda guy who believes people should only get hurt in easily accessible areas.

Werd.

It was easy to get wood in this place...in more ways than one! IF ya know what I mean!

And we did have eternal flame at this event!

I missed the comeback of the Ginger Beard.......DAMNIT!!

Just go to the mall, all the kids have a red hipster beard now.
Nope, I don't do malls....a ginger beard in the wild with a tinge of cigar and rum is different in a good way.

Awesome, cant wait to go back with big boy tires and real axles! By far my favorite place to wheel.

It is an amazing place... Hard to say if I like it more than flat nasty...

Flat nasty is not IFS Tacoma friendly and it was very frustrating LOL. I have to go back with aforementioned big boy tires and real axles to have a good comparison.

Flat nasty did blow up my first and only CV in 10yrs of wheeling this truck, so it will always have a special place in my mind. Of all the crazy crap i have done with this truck, the trail exit on a basketball size rock takes out the shaft....
