Ummm I'm in whittier too.... Ahh this is going to have to be a last minute decision....... Hopefully I make it up.... Wanting to go to this event for the last 2 years!! I have friday to tuesday off.... So i will see if i can swing this, I have a little one month old son that I'm not sure the wife would be too happy taking care of by herself.
 
just told the repeater is out of service. You may want to try 146.790, but it's not as high.

lol, old fogies. I was able to work out a Friday afternoon departure...get an extra night, plus I'm bringing a few SnT/Pismo virgins and they want to experience more than a days fun and meet pple. You and the boys will have some catching up to do, but that's never been a problem...except that brent likes his fine red wines, but they are quite vintage and fine so it all works...look forward to seeing everyone...

I apologize in advance if names and faces do not roll right off the bat and I have to ask.

Will you be bringing Sputnik along? If so I was going to bring some wood, it was nice having our own fire last year. I hope others are bringing a few sticks, too?

Hi Again everone,

The SO CAL Landcruiser camp will be set up close to the main SNT camp. Look for a toybox, a couple 80's, a 60 with a roof tent, and a V6 Samauri. The clam chowder pot will be on Friday night. Come by for a bowl and a a brew.

Reserve plenty of room. I'm bringing two ez up awnings and a tarp to fashion a windbreak like Boyd did last year.

Half way packed, just need to load the food. And squeeze the kids in. Leaving tonight to stay with family in L.A.

Also my and the wife's tradition of having a fight :mad::mad: before a every vacation has been completed.

Ill be at Carrows restaurant at around 530-0600 eating Breakfast - but Ill be done eating when you get around the area. Carrows is on the right side of 101 heading north and its the Seaward exit.

Lots of gas stations if anybody needs to fill up.

I dont have Ham for this event but Ill be monitoring CB channel #3 - cant transmit tho!

Right now there's me, Stan and Scott that I know of.

Clear your PM box. Tried to pm you back and can't. We'll be hard pressed to get up to the Ventura area by 6. We're planning on leaving Laguna Niguel around 4:30 and grabbing Scott on the run in Costa Mesa.

Garrett and I will not be joining you for the caravan. We will be leaving Costa Mesa this afternoon around 1:00PM. I'll save space for your ez-up awnings, rigs, etc. I'll be on Channel 3 if anyone else will be heading up around this time.
