Snow!

Got the studs back on, been on packed snow and ice the last few mornings. A little squirmy on the polished ice, it needs to get colder to feel solid and grippy. Seems like I just took these tires off last week! Looking for better goggles that don't fog up, that's always my biggest challenge.

Snow sucks, but since you mentioned it, here are some pics of a Surly Pugsley with 4" tires.

Awesome! I stick with the country roads, the county plows do an ok job of grooming them, they're challenging enough especially in the pre-dawn darkness.

I'd dig a Pugsley or Mukluk. We have snow from November to April most places and exercising in the basement gets boring.
