I'm going to stamp solved on this. It was a combination of things but mostly a steering box that needed an adjustment. All the rest of its issues are kind of nature-of-the-beast issues (like throttle steer). I do need to do a bit of work on compression adjustments on the shocks - but that requires either learning about how-to-shock-valve (likely) or sending them to California to be revalved. I'd really like adjustable shocks, but the budget is done on this thing (other than ARB lockers and bead locks)
