It was around 40 here last night, it kept the temp perfect, it is under my carport, they have an excellent forum, and the customer service has only praises.......one reason I went with them, there is lots of discussion on the forum I read, go over there and see what they have lots of info on modification upgrades etc.....I did some Country Style Pork ribs last night......4 hrs @250, carried them to work this morning, everyone raved on them, my younger brother, who normally does not care for pork raved over them.....I think I am really gonna love this thing.

I have an old metal fridge with a gas hotplate in the bottom where the compressor was. The metal seperating the two compartments has about 50 holes drilled in it. Great insulation and great results!!!![]()
