Anyone ever had this with their 100? When I am going really slow and hit brakes to stop, I can hear fluid sloshing around under the truck towards the rear... Always just thought it was fuel moving around in fuel tank.

There are a few threads for the 80 series saying there are drain plugs near the sliders you can take out to release water that is trapped, does anyone know if we have something like this on the 100?

Automotive fuel tanks have baffles to address sloshing. It’s probably coming from one of your doors that may have a clogged drain. Best to do is do a thorough inspection on all of you doors including the tailgate. You can also check your rear cargo compartment area (L&R side) where the factory bottle is stowed.

appreciate the reply!

prob a dumb question but is this something that could cause rust or since its in the body of the truck thats not a major concern?

Beat me to it.

OP: It's not good to have water in the bottom of your doors or tailgate. It needs to be addressed. Trapped water will eventually cause rust.

do either of you have any advice on how to go about inspecting where it might be? i went around and shook the doors / tailgate but did not hear any water

i saw this video from chow cares on fixing a clogged sunroof drain but it seems like it would be leaking into interior if water was trapped in there, and the sounds is coming from under the truck so don't think that is my issue

wondering if this rubber piece near the rear wheel well is drain plug

My instinct tells me your evaporator drain for the rear ac is clogged. That’s on the passenger side third row area behind the plastic sidings that you have to remove, check that as well.
