sweet thanks for the offer... I think I might buy a tubing notcher... and do it the easy way out for people who don't know what they're doing! The front guard is hard to fit on the plane! but beers in november for sure when i'll be back :beer::beer:

hey now...it's never been closer....:flipoff2:

I'm getting submarined with house reno s*** now tho...you may be right...:bang:

40's looking good adam, I wouldn't worry about jeep contamination, I don't think it's an airborne thing, so as long as they haven't touched a jeep, you should be ok.:hillbilly:

not much out there for aftermarket parts for a 40 and grinding paint down to weld the factory ones back on to the aprons just didnt seem like the effort to do.. so after 20 to 30 minutes of drilling and tightening up bolts with no paint involved.. I was more than happy with the contamination and did i mention there chrome.

as for the list..
knocked out the rear shocks tonight so another check of the list...
got them to around 4 3/4 of uptravel and 7 1/4 down travel .. right on the mark for
40% up and 60% down...:D

wombat .... you need some sliders... will see what material i have left kicking around the shop ... but it will be in the new year until i can get to making some for you... have to know what you want also..
