Tested the skid plate extension on a stock GX460 yesterday. This one doesn't have a bumper cut but I did remove the lower trim piece.

Fits as it should! Going to do a pre-order with these plates as well soon!

Ooh didn't realize they had a market place. I may start selling DIY deck railing parts and gable plates on there after all of the CAD work I did to design them.

Their chat feature has also been good for me. It will kick you over to a real person after a minute or two. They had no problem updating my order address. They are probably one of the better "big" companies that I do business with and frankly blow our local little outfits out of the table in terms of part quality.

It's such a great program! I have to work in the costs of running the Shopify website and factor in shipping from my home to yours. Being able to purchase directly from them is awesome! Speeds up the process too!

I've been looking for a LLC idea and maybe that is it!

I got my skid plate extension and bumper fill plates today. I assume the lip on the bumper fill plates is supposed to be the same. My passenger side is ~1/2" tall, without rounded corners, and isn't bent to 90 degrees. Pretty sure Send Cut Send failed their QC step.

@SpringsGX, can you confirm that the lips should be the same?

The passenger side plate will be different because it needs to conform to the windshield washer fluid bottle. That bottle is extremely close to the fender liner so there's not much room for error. The slight bend in the passenger panel allows the plate to slip behind the bottle itself. If the lip was the same length with the different bend, it would protrude into the fender area causing less clearance for tires. Again, a fine line we're dancing here.

I've had a few folks install these so far without any issues. One buyer had larger tires than what I tested with so he had to modify the passenger side panel a bit (he moved it forward by creating new mounting holes).

Here's his drivers side photo he sent me. On the drivers side there's no obstructions so I was able to make the lip a tad bit larger to allow an easier time mounting the fender liner.

Thanks for that info, I’m glad I asked here first. In the renderings I didn’t see any difference between them, so I was expecting them to be the same. The detailed photo helps. I’m not sure I would have thought to put the liner in front of the lip, but that totally makes sense.

I installed the bumper fill plates this week and I'm happy with the results. There's some more info on my build thread: Sheptastic 2015 GX460 Build - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/sheptastic-2015-gx460-build.1282907/page-2#post-15909363.
If I could make any small changes (for my particular fitment), I'd round the corners on the lip of the passenger plate and leave it 1" high for the portion that isn't behind the washer pump, then drop it down to 1/2". Not a big deal, but it'd hold the fender liner a bit more. I also didn't need all the slop in the mounting holes on the plate. The bracket in particular has enough play for adjustment just with the long slots in both the bracket and plate. The slot width could just be a hair bigger than the M6 machine screws recommended to attach it. The parts list on the Send Cut Send page list 4 fender washers, but I needed 6. 2 for each bracket (one on the screw head and one on the lock nut) and 1 for the other machine screw. All of that is minor and I think they're awesome. I'll get the skid plate extender on soon. Thanks for this, @SpringsGX. It was the motivation I needed to cut my bumper.

They look great with the coating!

I wanted to make them somewhat universal since everyone's situation could be a bit different with tire sizes and their bumper cut. I'm glad to hear it worked out for you and thanks for the feedback!
