It's funny, we see so few 2F 40's down here that still have smog pumps that I often forget they had them
The other day a guy called asking to buy a pair of belts for his 78, and I actually absent-mindedly asked him what the second belt was for before remembering the smog pump.

Vintageteqparts.com has reproduced that JIS 90201-10269 bolt, and was going to sell it as a WP bolt kit, but to date hasn't listed it.
