from my personal experience poly performance is really good to deal with and they DO know their stuff
 
If you are only using one, put it in the front.
 
The fact is that my impression is that the rear is much more softer and less steady than the front.
Consider that in the rear I run 2.0" shocks and in the front 2.5".
Anyway, is not an economic problem: if two bars are better than one I'll by both front and rear.
