How To Shape this sheet metal corner

Hello.
A way to rebuild this round conic corner on those rear barn doors ? (I already have the profile to repair the straight as you can see ), but round corner is mote difficult for a non professional

or is someone have somes bad rear door i could transplant some metal parts on mines ?

I welded flat from the inside after taking all the way apart, and formed it around to shape it, tacked at joints. Ground down edges from inside and out and all with hand tools. Can’t find photo for the life of me. Will upload if I can. If you didn’t separate you will want to as it’s hiding all kinds of ugly.

Shrinker/stretcher could do it but think it is easier to just make it out of a couple pieces. Use tape to make a template of the curved part and then weld/grind the flange

Made this lower door patch with a shrinker/stretcher which came out great but took a lot more time.

like the others have said - I didn't have any specialized equipment so I ended up making complex parts out of several pieces, welding them together and then grinding/ sanding them down. it's more work but I couldn't justify the investment for the number of pieces I needed

I'd suspect many people approach odd angle patches in the same manner as I do. Not completely sure...cause I'm too lazy to go find out. But in general my rolling, hammer and dolly skills are pretty mediocre...so I just do the following.

1) build a template with a piece of cardboard.
2) template includes all bends and approximate sizes
3) toughest angles and bends (not 90 degrees) are feathered and cut so that individual sub-elements can be be bent and weld filled
4) fit to a metal piece...cut....fritter with it a lot....weld

So in general I think this is the easy way to do it if you...
