Overall, this BJ70 is in really great shape and I'm definitely hesitant to sell it, but it's just not a practical for someone with a toddler. If this doesn't sell before mid-August, it'll go into storage until I'm back next June.

Basics:
4 cylinder 3B engine, H55F transmission
12V model
330,6XX km (205,4XX miles)
Superglow system
Left hand drive
Suspension Seats
Imported from Vancouver, BC to Washington State in November 2012 (I am 3rdowner)
Previous owner had extensive, frame-off restoration performed in 2007 (see photos)
Service records (nearly complete) go back to original purchase in 1985
All recent service performed at TorFab (preeminent Land Cruiser specialist in Washington State), save some oil changes and brake pad replacements
Will provide photocopy of mileage notebook kept in car
Always garaged in Seattle (and by previous owner in Vancouver).
No A/C

2” Old Man Emu lift w/ caster correction
Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac (235/85R16) tires have ~13k miles on them
Side mirrors (from newer 70 Series)

Service (all within the last ~15k miles):
Air cleaner hose replaced with OEM (2012)
Fuel filter housing replaced with OEM (2012)
Front inner axle seals, radiator flush, t-case rear seal (2013)
Rear brake shoes, rear wheel cylinders, new water pump (2013)
Thermostat housing replaced with OEM (2013)
Fuel filter replaced, new brake master cylinder (2015)
All brake lines replaced (2015)
Soft fuel lines replaced, replaced sedimenter (2016)
Two new Interstate MTP-27 batteries (July, 2017)
Clutch master cylinder replaced (2017)
Injectors pop tested and rebuilt (Sept, 2017)
Transfer case rebuilt (May, 2020)
Compression #s = 400, 395, 415, 390 (taken 5/14/20)

Known problems:
Rear wiper fluid doesn’t work
Rear heater disconnected (radiator had a leak)
Very clean frame and body (8/10) – cosmetic issues include isolated chips of paint missing, paint scratched on right door, roof and left rear gutter scraped, small bubbles in paint at lower left of windshield, minor rust on left A-pillar (inside door frame)
Three small chips in windshield (not noticeable, below eye level)
Worn shims in leaf spring pack
Left rear window has frayed gasket (but doesn’t leak)
Right brake light housing cracked
Antenna bent
