That's nothing I've ever seen. I'm gonna guess lawn tractor.

1974 Mercruiser sport with the 207 unilateral opposing four cyl option and the optional pinstripe kit. Somewhere along the way it lost the dupellganger connection, but looks intact otherwise. Can't tell from that angle if it was the cascade green with bass boat flakes (really rare option).
