Normaly I would search this but I am at work and shouldn't be on here.
Will seats out of a 70 fj40 that are the 60/40 split fit correctly in my 64 fj45?

not sure, the pass side 45 seat I think has a different cut out for the gas filler pipe and hose, as it's routed differently in 45's and 40's........I think.

but you should be able to make the 40 seats work.

I put 68 FJ40 seats in my 64 FJ45 SWB,its a little tight(driver to steering wheel tight)but it does work.I think stock 45 seats are not as thick as 40 seats.
