Searching for the Right Stuff: FJ40

My apologies if this is not the correct area to ask this but since this is local...
Sold my '76 CJ5 last summer and miss having something to tinker with. I've decided not to go back to Jeep and want to find a 40 (this has to be the right place to say that!) I'm trying to stay right at or below 10K... I'd sure appreciate any thoughts on some of my possible purchases - below is one! Thanks ahead for any help...
