got a 22re with 335k on it and a couple of bottles of sea foam. was wondering which is the correct intake to dump in and if any of you guys have used in you engine oil as well?

are you asking:
1. How to use it in the oil
or
2. Which ways do we usually get it into the engine?

Seafoam uses

This is how i use it,i dump a can (pint) in the gas tank before i fill up then i ran another can through the intake just below the carb is best for optimum distribution to each cylinder.i have never tried adding it to the oil but there is mixture depends how much oil you got it helps clean the internals of the engine.:D

asking if used in the oil is there any noticeable difference in performance. and what intake is the correct intake to dump in. my engine is an RE.

threw a little into the float bowl of my carb to help de-gunk in there. Good stuff. I think I'll throw some in the crank case before my next oil change.

great stuff, use it for... everything. i buy it by the gallon and prime my diesel fuel filters with it, put a dash in the crankcase, use for fuel stabilizer, put it in a spray bottle as cleaner/penetarting oil. it's like WD40 on 'roids, best stuff ever for cleaning 30 year old carburetors. eats carbon, rust and gasoline varnish. i find actual "carb cleaner" doesn't work so well if enough gunk is built up. it evaporates too fast and leaves too much crap behind.

only "snake oil" i endorse. that and molyslip (mr. moly), but not for breaking in.

Running it in my tank, my truck has never before run started faster, or run smoother. Beats STP out hands-down.
