I'll be camping. I'd prefer RR so everything doesn't get covered in coal dust.

Bob, you may want to check with Red Ridge, their website says:

Red Ridge Lake is open from the 3rd weekend in April through the 1st weekend I November.

So maybe Rausch, as camping is onsite.

GCLC is having a ride at Paragon on the 31st too. I'll be there!

Guess this is turning into a much bigger ordeal.

Is the fee at Para still the $5.00 ?

In response to my question to paragon regarding camping, arriving Friday evening and staying until Sunday:

Sure! You are welcome to let yourself onto the property on Friday evening. Just check in with the park office on Saturday morning and you can pay for Friday and Saturday. Don’t forget to purchase a two day pass if you are riding on Sunday as it will save you $10 if you buy it on Saturday at check in. Camping is $5 per person per night. Keep in mind that we had a lot of snow last week and this week has been very warm, the ground will be VERY muddy! If you are planning on coming with a trailer to park in the parking area, please be cautious of the mud. The tent sites are located at the top of the parking area, behind the office trailer. See you then!

I had my weekends confused so I may not be able to make this trip. As it turns out, my wife is having a BD party for my son and his girlfriend's family is invited. If the party is Sunday PM, I'll be able to make the trip. If it's any earlier I'll just continue to suffer from cabin fever.

hey how much is it to wheel up there i would like to camp too

Looks like I'll be able to make it. May camp Friday night, but more than likely, I'll just leave out here early Sat morning.
What time will you be starting the run? I'll need to allow enough time to watch the video.

uhhhh, not sure they are doing the video anymore... kinda informal since their eviction, etc. We should shoot for around 8-8:30 A.M. (that is so we can all really meet by 9 : )... I will likely camp as well.

Looks like a slight chance of showers with a high of 58 degrees..... where is Dan Dan the weather man? : )

Dad and I won't be making this one, since it is the first day of Trout in our neck of the woods. I also am getting my gears in so I can turn 35's here soon. Anybody got a set they are looking to get rid of :) Have fun guys.

FJ55 all ready to go

I'm looking forward to wheeling Saturday. Washed all of last year's mud from the piggy, cleaned her up a bit, and replaced the non-working heat control valve. Also did a bit of wiring clean-up and she feels ready to go. 8AM in Paragon's lot, right? Gary S

Anybody planning to camp at Paragon on Friday night? If I can get away, I'll need to get there Friday evening to make an 8 freekin o'clock departure time on Saturday.

Ill be there friday night, just look for the big white bus, with the lil FJC parked next to it.

I am camping Friday night Bob... and as stated, we say 8am so everyone is actually there by 9 am : ) funny how that works ; )

I will be sending out my cell phone number via email this week so if anyone is running really late I will know to wait....

I am also planning on coming up with my son on Sat morn. I will probably cut out by 3 or so.
