there's a few other microbrews that have gone big and still make a good beer. I'm not too worried about it. FWIW, their monkey knife fight seems to be making its rounds at other restaurants.
and since the thread's awful quiet, it seems like we're taking a rain check this month. this has its advantages:
- last time I went to cruiser tuesday, the CHP wanted to talk to me about a warmed up LT1
- someone will bring up a certain local ... ahem ... celebrity who thought a hyundai santa fe was an appropriate trail rig for a weekend of wheeling, and it will only encourage him
- since I don't have to head to the bay tomorrow I can just sit at home and drink way more beer than I would have if I went to Sac
- this gives us extra time to come up with someplace else to try other than the usual flip-a-coin-heads-is-rubicon-tails-is-chicago-fire bit we've been doing since pighead deserted us
