Not much to add, but I will say @jcardona1 harness has been working great for me for the last year and a half. He also helped me troubleshoot some cheap amazon 4x6 lights I bought, which he didn't have to do, ultimately I pinned a few wires wrong.

I went ahead and ordered it a few months back and got it installed. I love the harness and its compact size is much easier to manage as well.

Sliders New
I abandoned my hybrid bolt on design because honestly it was just gonna be a pain to mitre cut all of the receivers perfectly at the same angle and then fit perfectly square on a tapered frame.

So I just welded the receivers on to function as gussets and will then weld the sliders to the frame.

I’ll take these to get powdered then will sync prime the weld plates and weld to the frame then finish with some VHT.

Exhaust New
With the sliders welded and off to powder I took the time to reroute the exhaust.

I needed to run the exhaust inside the frame to I picked up a 105 series downpipe. Now if I’m being honest, if you cut the downpipe flange and rotate it 90 degrees I am 99% sure it will bolt right into the muffler with little effort. Essentially it’s almost a bolt-on option.

That said my exhaust was completely rusted tight so the only option I really had was to cut the exhaust off.

I purchased BRExhaust catback and cut and fit the intake pipe to work with the 105 series downpipe. No tube bender needed, I just a section of the unused pipe, cut the flanges and welded it up.

TLDR: 105 series downpipe is almost a direct fit for the 94 exhaust. I converted an aftermarket 95+ exhaust to fit with the 105 series downpipe pipe.

I wrapped painted the downpipe with high heat paint and wrapped it with a titanium wrap. With the downpipe running closer to the tunnel and next to the transmission and transfer case, I wanted to ensure they were not impacted by excessive exhaust heat. These wraps claim 50% reduction in heat.

One of the things I like about the BRExhaust is that the rear tail pipe is a slip fit with a clamp. Since I offroad I had previously cut the resonator off the OEM exhaust because it gets bashed in. With this slip fit, I can run the tailpipe and resonator for daily driving or to and from a trail, and take it off when I am off-roading.
