Dan, will an offset rear end, setup for a semi float in fj60 width allow for leaf springs to clear in a soa configuration?

When will the new knuckle balls be available and will they be 40/60 sized, or 80 sized? I need to build a wider front axle for my 60.

They will be 80 sizes first, that is trusting the company can do what they say they can.

Whats up with the 10.5" Toyota housings? with 80 balls

We have built 15 or 20 Tundra housings and can build you one anytime. Today we could build it with your knuckleballs, hopefully soon with ours.

The problem I see with 80 knuckle balls is the lack of decent high steer. There was a guy that made a few of knuckles that were a better product, but they are gone. Any plans for mini-truck sized knuckle balls?

We actually bought the rights to the Hellfire 80-series knuckles and high steer arms, and currently have them in production.

But you are correct there are more options for the 40/60/mini knuckle balls currently, and I'm not sure if/when we will have new knuckles balls for them, as I said we are trying to get the 80 Series knuckles balls dialed in at the moment.

I'm all in on this for next years project.

Dan,

Can I get a quote for a 67" wms front 9.5" housing with 80 balls, hellfire knuckles & arms?

Any update on the knuckle balls for 80's LC axles?

I have been trying for over 5 years to get a shop to make them, no luck. Lots have said they could at a fair price but after they look at the problem they change their mind. This year at SEMA I hope to find the company that originally made them for Toyota...

Well, Toyota did not make them themselves. I have discovered a few companies that seem to make all the OEM stuff, I just need to talk them into making these again. I will have to buy a large quantity (500-1,000) to get them to jump but I think we could use them up on housings.
