OK OK I know Rubithon is about a month or so after Cruise Moab... Wondering if there is any interest. Who knows if the enviro-wackos will succeed in closing the Rubicon trail soon.

So... any interest?

BTW it's nice and cool in Lake Tahoe in June. Nice week to get out of the AZ heat!
 
I am interested....I just don't know how much time I will be able to take off next summer. I took a week off last month and it almost killed me...we will see.
 
Hey it wouldn't be a wheeling trip unless you are wrenching on your junk THE MORNING YOU LEAVE FOR THE TRAIL (like yours truly for Payette last time :rolleyes: ) without it.

Nothing like an impending trip for motivation.
 
I always thought that would be a cool ass trip, but, alas, I can never go anywhere in June. We always have inventory that month and all vacations are out.
Who am I kiddin, I couldn't afford it anyway. I can't even afford to drive up to Payette.:frown:

Alvin its time you start taking charge at work...first by letting them know how work is effecting your social schedule. Point out how happy and productive you were when you returned from the Kokopelli trail expedition.

Sahr, is your 40 finally all ready to go? If so, you still need to come by and let me do some droolin' on it...crate motor or not!

Oh yeah....if and when I see you next, ILl show you the new ARB and the full 3" ARB lift. :grinpimp: (finally) I also used the ARB caster bushings which made the caster come out perfect. Do you miss your 80 yet?

I need to get the nagging little problems with staying running, fast idle, etc. There's another place in Mesa that might be able to fix.

You guys are a barrel of laughs. Yes the third shop. See what trying to be loyal to the brand gets you? I HAD to go all Toyota instead of a 383 injected crate motor and 700r4 + Atlas (which I could have paid for by now :mad: but NOOOOOOOOO... :crybaby:

Ive heard that before: "Pretty"....I think the chrome wheels create that impression. :D I know some pooh-pooh the chrome as something not purist or something...I saw those things and i was like a hungry bass looking at a fancy fishing lure - all shiny and stuff. Old school I guess, but I like 'em. Yes, more wheeling. I did some pretty technical wheeling a month ago up Colcord road below the rim and realized I neded to go UP and get more armor besides just the sliders.
