I'm also looking for similar info for my 97 lx450. Alarm keeps on going off if I don't cycle through the lock unlock after turning off ignition. Did you find more info on that? I'm still figuring out how to use this site!
I would just get a new everything installed by a pro JMHO

Made some good progress on this on the weekend - pretty sure I have the remote start etc. configured and by using the ground when armed pulse off the alarm brain on the 5706v to trigger pin 5 on the light retainer harness to turn off the lights after remote start shutdown.
is the GWA output working as expected to shut the auto lights off? in the 5706, is this truly a GWA or is it also grounded during Remote Start (like the Blue-White "starter kill" wire is configured on a Compustar)

I'm actually considering defeating the auto light off feature by disconnecting the relay and jumping two pins (7-3, 8-2). if the lights actually worked on ambient light, i'd consider keeping it.

are you using the 5706 dome light supervision feature, to turn the lights on at unlock? as our interior lights and door pin grounds are one and the same, i'm struggling to determine if this will work as intended.

The '97 harness is pretty different to the '96LX harness there is good docs on - but I think I'm getting pretty close on my rig.

Can you share your work? I'm reverse engineering a 1995 LC TVSS harness, but it appears to be nearly identical from what i can tell to a RS3000 harness, for LC's. the LX's have that I13 connector that has been well documented.

I pretty much just dove into the wiring that comes from the alarm box or the driver seat trace the back to the kick panel on the left hand side of the brake pedal and disconnected the connection plugs that came from the alarm box and look for another connector that will take the place of the connection from the alarm.

I know it may be a little confusing but once you start taking apart the wiring connectors from the alarm you will see a plug of the opposite that will just be hanging there that you will now plug into.
