RPMs while in D at a stop

Has anyone else replaced their mounts and had the hum go away? The only thing I have left is mounts and coils. Neither of which I'm showing symptoms of needing but this noise at idle is making me crazy. Its starting to rattle pieces in the roof that otherwise don't make any noise even when going over washboard.

Updating this thread as well, crossover from another one I added to about motor mounts this am.
I'm still getting a drone/hum in cab at a stop, read above to see what I have previously done.
This week I'm going to do engine mounts and Trans mount at the same time, a little worried if I can pull it off by myself in the garage, but it doesn't seem that difficult.
Any advice from you all that have done this already let me know. @DirtDawg have you done yours yet?
I will update when I'm done, I also have to change out my idler pulley at same time.

Count me as another person who was happy to read this thread and learn that maybe my torque converter isn't getting ready to blow up after all! I've been getting this same droning noise lately, and was concerned that the TC was starting to fail.

Yes, I replaced motor and trans mount. The frame weight believe it or not really helped on my truck. I also replaced gaskets/bolts through out exhaust system.

Do you mean retightening the frame weight or moving it around?

What RPMs should i be seeing? RPMs while in park and while in Drive?

Im holding right 600 while in D, about 700 in park.

At a stop light, while im still in D, i have what is best described as an increased humming sound in the cab, it can be annoying, here lately i just throw it into neutral until the light turns.

Any thoughts?

noting wrong with your RPM, the echo vibration sound on this car are very common when it gets older, I know it is sucks
