Sorry for the potetially treasonous post, but wondering if anyone had any experience with something like this (see pic). Thing is, I sort of stumbled upon what appears to be quite a decent deal on a late model (post 91 anyway) Landrover Defender TDI wagon (troopie) with 90K Km on it (maybe), something wrong with one of the axles (yet to determine exactly what), supposedly runs fine, 2500 bucks? I dunno, pretty sweet rig with that coil suspension, turbo desiel and all, I mean if it runs good... damn, I must admitt I´m rather smitten:hhmm: I suppose the price of parts are freekin nuts tho.

Hahah, well don´t be afraid to speak your mind Greek. You would have to come to Peru to buy it, are you still interested? Actually I need to investigate it a bit further as it´s owned by a local business and have yet to actually speak to the owner regarding price-condition. Will keep yall posted.

To be honest its probably 99% likely a scam. I have seen tons of defenders with a lowball price like that and turned out to be a scam. its too good to be true keep me posted if it's legit. If it is yea jump on it the body is worth more than that. defenders are bad a$$ good looking troopy but my scam detecter is beeping pretty loud... be warned!!!
