I am looking for suggestions on repairing some abrasions and small holes in my travel cover on my rtt.

It is rubberized cover that most of the Eezi-on styles use. Some low limbs did some minor damage.

Post up if you guys have any good solutions.

I used Seam Grip on my old Eezi-Awn tent cover. Make sure you apply this stuff on both sides.. Once dry it looks like tree sap. It worked great, so as long the cover was pliable... Once it gets brittle ,and it will, you should replace the cover with some marine cover..

Good luck..

Seam grip sems to be the way. Here is what a customer did.
Here is what a customer sent in.

Hey Bobby, I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how we managed to repair a small hole in our cover.

We bought a product called Seam Grip and at first just brushed some over the hole. This peeled off in days, so I read the instructions..... I removed the cover from the tent, laid the cover repair area flat, taped off the outside and applied the glue to the hole. I let it cure for 6-8 hours between applications and applied several times, removed tape and repeated process on the outside. That was a month ago and it's standing up to Colorado weather and UV- so far so good. I thought this might be helpful.

I hope this helps!

I got a can of Flex Seal ("It's like the Hoover Dam, in a can!") Although I have not sprayed it on yet on account if it being too cold where the RTT is dry docked.

Hmmm. Interesting. With my new CVT, I worry about branches tearing and poking holes in the cover. I assume that if it ever got bad enough a new cover could be purchased, but for quick repairs I'll be following this post for updates!
