How did you do the cross bars? and the corners?
And how is that front done? Looks like it's attached to the roof??
What about wind noise?

Sorry about all the Qs, but this rack looks really good, in several ways.
 
The aluminum extrusion got 2 slots inside and the 1.125" DOM cross bar have 1/8" steel plate welded on both end. The corner are just a piece of black plastic glued with silicone. The front fairing are standard 42" Yakima fairing that attached to the cross bar. Its not attached to the roof.

The wind noise from the front are barely noticeable but if you get some side wind they are a bit noisy. The extrusion got slots on top and bottom, so it might be contributing to the noise.
