Thanks for the report! I appreciate it. Are your tires wide or narrow? Would that make a difference? I usually prefer narrow tires.
Mine on the 200 now are 295 wide so 12". Those pressed hard into the OEM upper control arm at the front bend when turned all the way inward. Those 34x10.50s only touched slightly. But it is enough for me to say the tire would be damaged while driving.
Total chaos arms have a smaller profile that left a 1/4" of clearance with the 295s, but since they are built with to be with added caster for a lift, I doubt your alignment will ever be good.
I did measure everything clearance related without the coil-over out and checked the entire suspension cycle, since a lift doesn't buy you clearance, just additional time before you rub, the 295/70r17 Cooper STT Pro or a smaller width but same height BFG KO2 34x10.50r17 with a total chaos upper does not run anywhere, but again they rubbed the OEM upper arm.
So for jerrys final thoughts on 34 KO2 on a stock height 200, the upper arm is what gets you, and there are other control arm options, TC is out because it's built for a lift, SPC does look promising because it looks to be that smaller profile because of a tubular design like the TCs instead of the rolled stamped sheet metal of the OEM upper arms, and with SPC you could get your alignment back in check.
If you want to go forward, I would put the SPC uppers in your truck, and go to a discount tire and have a test fit of the KO2s done, that's what I've been doing for years on the trucks I build, a fit doesn't cost you a thing if it doesn't fit. One disclaimer though, I have a winch bar, and thinking about it, a stock bumper might get pretty tight on that bottom part of the bumper where those little wind valences are.
