Hey guys, A couple of folks have been passing my rivet tool around and it seems to be working out. If anyone needs to borrow it please post or PM me and lets see if we can get it passed around to those that may need one.

Rivet size for the windshield cap? It is my understanding that it's a different size. Doing the same project and have the same tool already, will also be available for use by Mudders in about a month....I hope.

I didn't notice that it was a different size. I used the rivets i got from CCOT.

I also used the same size rivets for the windshield header as I did in the rain gutter..

Thanks guys, the rivets from CCOT are a bit larger than stock so that makes sense. Hope to post up my finished project in a month (with help).

Do you have any pictures of the cot rivers done.

When you applied the 3M self leveling sealer, what did you use? Did you use their fancy gun? Or is there another way? And, did you have 2k primer down under?
