Hey all,
I guess it's my turn! Below is all of the information about my '88 4Runner. I bought the truck in the summer of 2004, and to be completely honest, I've never wheeled it!
I pulled a few components off of my previous truck - an 86 xcab once owned by Jack Alford and got it ready for the trails. Upon prepping for the first run, I found out the front cross member and frame were cracked, so back into the garage it went.
My good friend Steve at LCR4wd stepped up and rebuilt the ARB's, frenched the rear spring hangers, fixed the frame, welded on a FRORF front cross member brace and hanger. I put about 4000 miles on the truck as a weekend driver and eventually installed a Badland Bumpers rear bumper that I purchased used from Brian @ Wab-Fab... Since then, it's been in storage awaiting a new owner!
