Honestly its pretty straight forward on the doors and center mounted nav - just pop platic covers off.

The front reading lights require you to unbolt 2 bolts (inside sunglass holder) and the cargo light changes it to LED panel.

I would say its a 20-30 minute install with a phillips screw driver and a platic pry trim tool.

Thanks. I replaced all the interior lights on my 4runner and it was pretty easy. Wasnt sure if there was anything out of the ordinary with the LC.
 
To be honest its hard to capture the warm white in photos but I can tell you some people have saod the xenon was too strong on the eyes and swithced to a warm white kit and said the warm white kit was better on the eyes. If I was to describe warm white its like oem color but wayyyy brighter
