I own a 1987 BJ70 with a 3B, 4spd tranny. engine and tranny are fine, but severe rust has done the door posts, front and rear quarter panel and floor pan. All glass and doors are intact for now. I want to rebuild the cab, find a replacement(from another vehicle) or kit. The vehicle is located overseas, but I reside in S. FL. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks but your oceans away. What about a substitute say Jeep, Isuzu, that may fit. Even a 4runner would that work?

OMG OMG OMG!!! he said Jeep.

Seriously ,nothing is going to fit without serious modding. BJ70 tend to be the rust buckets of the 7* series (and troopies )because their cabs are one whole piece.
If I couldn't find another decent cab and I don't think you will, I might look at using one of the not too bad looking 40 series fibreglass shells .
I forget the name of them .Someone else will know.
But you are up for $$$ whichever way you go.

Is it a factory 4sp? I know some of the BJ75 and LJ/RJ70 had a 4sp but I have never seen one in a BJ70. Do you know where it come from?
