Hey guys im trying to get body panels together for a frame off for my 77. I know ive seen of places who make all steel replacemnts but i cant seem to find them. Where are you guys going for beds and cabs. Id like to stick with steel instead of aluminum.

They do... just google real steel cruiser parts, they are in Illinois. ...they have everything you need for a complete rebuild. Heres there number..1 847-224-3408

Sent them an email. Forgot it was turkey day for you guys in merica!

Wow....I hear its getting very cold up your way? Did you find the web site useful and the parts you are looking for? Do you guys use alot of salt up on your roads as we do around here? That just kills the old cruisers...

yes supposed to get 10" of snow tomorrow and the temp monday morning will be -38c. Yes we use salt but not alot anymore they have a couple other things to melt ice now. The site only shows panels for fj40's no 45 specific panels

Oh wow...please keep that up there...lol...I thought they had 45 parts, hope I didnt mislead ya....I only live a few hours from there but have talked with Todd several times on a soft top for my troopy. ..hes got the bows and referred me to a gentleman that makes the canvas, was very helpful. ..

someone I know in Livingston MT is trying to sell his entire 45 partially disassembled. may be an option. 65-66 I think.

I need a bed! Im not sure how interchangable parts are for what years. I have a 77 LWB

Varty the doors are the same between a 40 and a 45. I sent you a PM from your other add.

Ive chatted with him and he has no parts left and gave me the impression he had no interest in building again

Damn.... Well I'll be watching your thread... As you can see I'll need a few parts to finish mine, the plywood box sides are not really up to my standards...

Try 4wheel auto in Edmonton. Dan may have some spare parts for a 45. You could also just replace or repair the fenders and remove the rear box and replace with a flat deck until another box comes up for sale somewhere !
just my two cents.
