The Toyota switches on your panel are just simple on-off, you just need to run +12v to all three switches and then to each device (compressor and each locker solenoid).
The ARB compressor/locker should come with a schematic if I remember correctly, but their harness is configured so that the front locker switch doesn’t get power until the rear locker switch is engaged. You could wire your new switches to keep that functionality if you wanted to but I am not a fan of that (I prefer front locked /rear open for the majority of my wheeling personally)
