parking brake switch shut off plate located in bracket will not travel far enough to close the circuit to turn the parking brake light off 
easy fix just take it apart and bend the spring slightly to get it to put more pressure on the plate and be able to close the circuit

...........have done many searches and can't any on rebuilding the 
parking brake bracket that also holds the catch for the parking brake rod + shut off switch ......cannot get the spring, plate, bracket , parking brake rod and pin together after several hours advice and help greatly appreciated; weak spring in yellow and parking light plate that also is the detent for the parking brake rod in red
