Rear Wiper Won't Shut Off

I have this issue with my front wiper.
I can't tell if it's the same issue as the OP, but when I pull the fuse, the wiper does stop (I think he implied his didn't, or did I read that wrong?).
Any ideas?

I ended up pulling the plug on the wiper motor.
Im having the same issue with my 2001 LC. Its a pain in the a** because it's unreasonably stupid. I checked all the relays and even took apart the corner harness in the hatch to inspect for water damage. If it is the body ECU, I'm done. No more putting $$$ into it. I could have bought a 2013 LC for the parts I put into this one.....
In Ouray and this just started happening, what fuse do I pull in the short term?
@phatdragon Fuse 27 (20A) in the driver's kick panel is for BOTH front & rear wipers. Your best bet is to unplug the motor connector inside the liftgate.
