Has anyone replaced their rear sliding windows with a solid steel or aluminum panel? I don't need a gullwing/hatch setup. Considered OEM fixed glass windows, but I am wondering what others have done.
 
You might post up in the classifieds that you're willing to trade windows- someone with a poverty pack 80 might take you up on that, and there are more of them around now with some of these diesel imports.

Need a buddy (who’s not an idiot) and some string and follow the FSM.

Your buddy will push on the glass while you pull the string which will help wrap the seal around the body.

Outstanding! Now I just need to find that useful set of second hands!
The deleted fender flares look great - along with the clean paint! Clean and simple.
 
@Bayou 80 Cruzr, where did you order the fixed glass and gaskets? I want to do that to mine as well.

Like the others, I ordered through a dealer. Took advantage of a 25% discount that was running over Thanks Giving to order a large batch of parts. I found
Sand Mountain Toyota in Albertville, AL to have some of the best prices. Factor in no tax and free shipping...

I had used Amayama to look up all my part numbers, but managed to over look those different part numbers. I'm glad you chimed in! I just sent an email to the parts department asking if they could amend my order - placed yesterday. Of all the parts that I ordered, if that is my only screw up, then I'll call it a win. Haha!

OK…..hate to ask but WA state isn’t RR slider windows…..

Who was your vendor & how much poorer will I be ? 😉

(Ballpark $$ is great, I need ‘em but what’s the “sticker shock” — area???
